E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions


1.1. "E-Gift Card" refers to the monetary voucher purchased from Clean With Carla, redeemable against specified services provided by the business.


1.2. "Purchaser" refers to the individual who purchases the E-Gift Card.
1.3. "Recipient" refers to the individual to whom the E-Gift Card is gifted or who redeems it.

2. Scope of Use


2.1. The E-Gift Card is redeemable exclusively for the following one-off services provided by Clean With Carla:

  • Carpet cleaning;

  • One off Deep cleans;

  • End-of-tenancy cleans;

  • After-renovation cleans.

  • After builder cleans

  • Oven clean

  • After party clean

2.2. The E-Gift Card cannot be redeemed against any regular or recurring services, or in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly stated by Clean With Carla.

3. Validity and Expiry


3.1. E-Gift Cards are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
3.2. Upon expiry, any unused balance will be void and cannot be reinstated or refunded.

3.3. Cleans cannot be performed further than 10 miles from Newbury racecourse, west berkshire

4. Redemption, Rates & scheduling


4.1. The E-Gift Card provides a monetary discount off the applicable rate for eligible services at the time of redemption.
4.2. Service rates are subject to change at the discretion of Clean With Carla without prior notice.
4.3. Redemption of the E-Gift Card is subject to Clean With Carla's availability.
4.4. Services must be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date and time. Clean With Carla reserves the right to decline requested dates if operational capacity has been reached or if other commitments prevent scheduling.

5. Issuance and Security


5.1. E-Gift Cards are issued electronically via email and include a unique redemption code.
5.2. The Purchaser and/or Recipient are responsible for safeguarding the redemption code.
5.3. Clean With Carla accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or unauthorised use of the redemption code.

6. Non-Transferability and Refunds


6.1. E-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
6.2. E-Gift Cards are valid for a single transaction only. Any unused balance after the transaction will not be refunded or carried forward.

7. Privacy and Data Protection


7.1. Any personal data collected during the purchase and/or redemption of an E-Gift Card shall be processed in accordance with Clean With Carla’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.cleanwithcarla.co.uk/privacy-policy.
7.2. By purchasing or redeeming an E-Gift Card, the Purchaser and/or Recipient agree to the processing of their personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments and Termination


8.1. Clean With Carla reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, provided such amendments do not adversely affect existing E-Gift Cards.
8.2. Clean With Carla further reserves the right to terminate the E-Gift Card scheme upon reasonable notice to affected parties.

9. Governing Law


9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
